If we don't do something, I'm 100% certain that in a very short time we won't have to worry about our investment in OGX.  The odds are this:  Do nothing - lose.  Fight - 50/50 chance of success.  I know which odds I prefer.

I find your post rather interesting actually.  You have been going on literally 'forever' about how badly managed this company is, yet when we finally get to the point of doing something about this poor management, you suggest we back away?  That doesn't make sense to me, unless you are one of the 'insiders'.
