Agree Bluesky and Fibro – we are now moving into the nextphase of development of the company, “intermediary stage” typical of many smallminers. This is in my view - .

 

 

Ø From explorer with world class assets (medium / small high risk investors – many short term some of which depart).

Ø To intermediary stage (beginning now) – value creation & determination – (fewer well capitalized individual (like Laurent Raskin) and institutional investors – with greater and often direct involvement in management take to next step over 9-18 months Revised SS/ PFS/ DFS/ Mining License. I would not be surprised to see other intermediary high net worth / institutional investors enter over the coming months as the story gets better.   Shares passing from weaker to stronger longer term hands and share register consolidating.

Ø Next stage 9-18 months I expect will be in “Exit Sale” hopefully via auction process to a large eventual owner with the resources and expertise to actually build and operate the mine.

It is relatively rare for the initial exploration company whether in mining or health care or other very capital intensive industries to be able to take a exploration mine or drug all the way though to revenue generation. The eventual large corporate multinational buyers have the expertise / human resources /they have done it many times before plus the financial strength resources to build the mine and weather any set backs/ down turns.

If you believe in the now unstoppable EV/ Battery revolution CLA Opuwa being in stable Namibia is a very globally strategic resource, especially given the risks of DRC (Risks of Corruption, Unrest/ Chinese influence/ Child Labor etc). After the new revised JROC I expect this to become even more apparent.

So IMHO hang on in there, the best is yet to come and don’t let your shares go cheap.
