Good morning guys,

Please let me affirm the company's willingness to respond to any and all shareholders no matter the size of your holdings. We strongly disagree with the comments of one of the members that indicates special treatment for an exclusive club. One of the main reasons that I agreed to act as the HC rep and keep my HC name was due to the openness and willingness of Board members, in particular, Sholom, to want to communicate with all of our investors and shareholders.

He constantly reminds me to remain objective and challenge him and the Board over decisions keeping in mind that I must represent the shareholders.
