My views maybe contrarian to your beliefs, but they are certainly points worth considering.

Yes i am forever sceptical, i do not have blind faith in any company i research or hold.

Fact is their product has not been satisfactory to customers requirements as yet, and nor has there been anywhere near name plate capacity produced.

Even at an Industrial Grade capacity. 

Perhaps an O/T for IG first would help. 

Only a small percentage of raw Lce made so

far has acheived over 99.5% purity. 

Of which is STILL not verified.

Facts , not assumptions.

On a more positive note. Perhaps a customer has been able to acheive their required specs from AGY samples. But cant or wont tell Pablo how they achieved it.  If there is a decent margin to be made in what they can presently provide, why not just ramp that up and off load it while Pablo continues to scratch his head.
