Is this stress worth it. Even if they do extend how can you know SP will go up 5 or 10 or 55 %.
It could just as easily go down. CNP assets have and are depreciating rapidly in many of its markets.
I'm in the commercial property market and you should see the latest valuations coming through.
An extension may not save them. But then again maybe it will.
Is it worth the risk of losing it all.
