In my opinion, I believe one of the key reasons for the road show is to do just that. It's in their best interest to make the exercise of these options as appealing as possible. The extra capital will give them a stronger negotiating position in future partnering deals. The board members also hold options which expire on march 31st.

Pre march 31 catalysts include; The road show which will most likely take place in February, the release of the systemic review on further indications, appointment of new board member, DSMB #3, treatment completion and probably more.
