I think you are right in asking those questions. Some of you will remember that I also spent around 90 minutes with Roby in Ljubljana last july, asked similar questions and got similar answers. Roby was quite happy to speak with me and did not appear to be concerned about how many shares I held.Sorry Tronbirk but nothing you have "found out" has produced any new info or insight. The truth of the matter is that nothing Roby says can be taken as fact or can be substantiated. Its all face value stuff. That's not to say that it isn't all kosha though. Gauging anything over a coffee and a ham sandwich is next to useless, A conman can make anything sound convincing especially if you want to believe it. I found Roby to be believable too but there were some inconsistencies around what he explained was paid in salaries and what was shown in the annual report. I tackled him about this by email later and his explanation was that it was reimbursement of out of pocket expenses. If this was correct then by my calcs he must have been living pretty well. The annual report does not lie.
Tuts, there is one thing I need to pull you up on and that is "performance shares" are not awarded on SP growth, they are awarded on achieving certain stated objectives eg GMP
It has to be in managements interest to grow the SP. Last time I looked Roby had 20 million shares. Forget about a few hundred thousand dollars in salary and start earning some god damm revenue because then all the speculation about the real motives of the company can be put to rest once and for all and Roby will be one extremely rich man. At the moment he is only an overpaid exec,
