If you mean 'Probably less than 1% chance of success' in being a cure of AD, I agree with that. But not less than 1% chance of being successful. The results of the trial are clearly specified, and the literature supports our hypothesis. We don't have to be a 'cure for AD', but if we are better than what is already on market (those drugs don't actually do much), and the literature seems to support that if the aims of our trial are successful then we will be, then we are well on our way.
