During the capital Raise, and in these final days of the re-compliance, as we wait on the ASX for a relisting date, MCL is still not permitted to access any of the capital raising funds. MCL needs to ensure a smooth transition to CGB by topping up its funds during this interim period. These shares are simply the agreed reimbursement for the funds provided to MCL and in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules requirements.
