Has anyone thought of the environmental impact of growing fertiliser use? In my opinion the whole food/energy sector is a huge scam. Who thought of anything more absurd than using arable land to feed cars instead of people. Its plain stupid.
John McCain went to the mid west of america this week and said he would scrap subsidies for corn based ethanol when he became president.
I agree China and India are growing at a rapid pace, but some of the numbers are ridiculous. There should be no need for food riots if they outlawed biofuels.
This sector is hot right now, well done to those who spotted it in a tough market. I missed the train, but am focussed on CSG and base metals. May take an interest when the hype cools a little.
