All it does is show consistancy with PT communication.
He always has something bigger and better, yet how often do we see it. It is a smoke screen to justify the delays.
He answers questions with questions, and my take on him is that he is a Salesman NOT a Exec Director. I am comforted that more appear to be seeing through this facade that has existed for years.
