Yep all looking good... only thing that majorly stood out to me was lack of info on tax issues. Nothing at all.
Hahaha conspiracy theorists would suggest that Williams is holding off announcing it until he gets his shares back!
As soon as it is cleared up what is going on, I can see EQN rapidly moving up. Would have been nice if it was done at the moment with the chart looking good with a double bottom (good bullish pattern)
