Section 1.4 of the Notice of Meeting when the options were approved by shareholders (released to ASX on 30 April 2018), stated that the term of the options was as follows:"Options to be issued following shareholder approval. If not exercised, Options will expire three months after the date of delivery of Sconi Project Bankable Feasibility Study by Australia Mines, expected 30 June 2010, or on 31 December 2018, whichever occurs first."
If you apply ASX Listing Rule 6.23.3, which prohibits the extension of the period for exercising options.......it is 100% clear that the current options cannot be "extended". New oppies would need to be issued.
