Angry, thanks for the update as well as timeto and snacks...One thing that I can't get my head around is how MS thinks he would get a refinery up and runing in 12 months. I understand it will be relocated from elsewhere, do you know where it's coming from?

I don't think that timeframe could be achieved in Australia, and you would double that for Africa...unless maybe siteworks have already been done in advance which would be very unlikely.

With limited information, we have to assume that the existing plant would have to be decommissioned (probably already has been mothballed) dismantled into shippable pieces, shipped, site prepared - bulkearthworks, concrete, piping, rebuilt commissioned and handed over...big job!
