I like the attention to detail there @GM20, well done for that.
But I am fairly certain it is just the website being out of date. The old timeline was for 2019, and older announcements said so. See the bottom of the S-Max announcement, for instance:
Recent announcements all say 2020.
With the pilot plant going up, I guess you could say they will produce lithium in 2019, just not commercially. Bit of a stretch though.
