You would have to think that they have a 48 hour extension to continue to negotiate.
If there wasnt that extension, they would be in breach as of last midnight.
I suspect that the Germans will hold out as they are in trouble themselves. That means that all the other players need to cough up the difference.
The whole thing then gets harder. Who might pull out at the next end date?
Its a bit odd that not $1 has been raised through the sale of any asset or through new capital in the last 5 months. How will that be different in the next 5 months?
