The fact Coby said in that recent interview that WBT is in discussions with potential partners "as we speak" means there is still every chance one will be announced by the end of the year as predicted in their Sept Quarter update (released 19 Oct 2018):
"In addition, the Company is still working to sign its first co-operation agreement and is continuing discussions with key industry players, with the aim of achieving this by the end of the calendar year."
When a partnership is announced ... watch this thing shoot up from the current nonsensical share price.
