The real issue is with the Centro board. The banks lent money on the written agreement that it would be returned on a given date.

The Centro board has not been able to return that money as we all know. Its not the fault of the banks, but the board of Centro. Isnt it time that they stepped up to the plate? How quiet have they been through all of this?
