    The Cartesian Group have loaned OGX US $8m a long time ago - a substantial amount given the risk and uncertainty and considering the current climate for capital in world markets

    Like you have said they have given them ample time to get this right and abundant capital from CR's CN's and options exercise, loans etc....

    The latest annual report detailing pages of terms and conditions and penalties, compensation imo show they want their money back asap

    All in my opinion only......
