The acquisition or their strategy isn't the problem here, its the bloody ODC which hasn't given us the license yet and obviously investors are sick of waiting.
Seen it all before with THC, it hits a 52 week low and then... BOOOM announcement and license is secured.
The same thing happened last year when they went from 19 cents to 1.10!!!
