Linaker the shares that Phil "sold" were ones that he had in his own name with Opes.The ones mixed up with Panopus are being dealt with on Friday and the remaining ones referred to in holding statement are free and clear. After reading his comments this is the way I see it. The fact that he lost his own to Opes shows that he was not in any way privy to the imminant collapse just bad luck
