To the uneducated, it's almost like they're playing this a little like a stealth start up but in plain sight.
Maybe it's strategic until they are strong enough not to get taken over.
Fe-V makes the numbers extraordinary.
Plus if they can achieve this sort of turnover with lower grades & make an economical case out of it, projects like Balla Balla with almost double the grades will be enormous money spinners.
