One can only assume the TPG submissions were lacklustre. But really, ACCC thinking that TPG is a big mobile player is absolutely absurd. They don't have a serious nationwide network. It's like they are making up a fiction about what TPG could be in 3-4 years with massive capex and saying "we want that for more competition".
Meanwhile... NBNCO is smashing the telecommunications sector and ACCC is largely silent.
