You cannot be serious to think that the product wasn't up to scratch because customers wanted more.

Honestly think about it - it's quite the opposite.

Bud INVENTED OHM and took it to market. That is, OHM is BUD's product in a new and emerging market. Entirely different from a business that decides to enter an existing market - say a coffee shop where there are a thousand other to be compared to.

Then, customers who see value in it come back to BUD and say hey, we see some promise here, can you do this too?

BUD says let's try, and works in COLLABORATION with said customers.

Lo and behold they discover all these new applications. I am not making this up it's all in the previous commentary from Dave since it was launched - all there in black and white if you care to revisit past communications.
