Incidentally I received an email from Mark Maine also yesterday.
He is still a holder of Peak and believes the licence will be issued,
he said "The licence should come through and diplomatically it needs to be handled carefully.." also "the asset is good and even better if the promise of fluoride batteries plays out"
I'm not up on the fluoride battery possibilities, have to look into that, maybe someone here knows this better?
