    Yes it seems CER is not the preferred stock of the 2. May have something to do with the fact that The Business Speculator had this to say earlier today:

    "That means that the banks have fully recognised that Centro Properties and to a lesser extent Centro Retail shareholders have incredible power over them".

    The corporate and political power is with CNP not CER from a corporate viewpoint.
