Like the majority of good-quality businesses which have de-rated in recent months, I think that NHF has gone from being meaningfully over-valued, to just a little bit over-valued. Or, possibly, fairly valued.
So, in terms of valuation appeal, I'd describe NHF as being "OK-ish", rather than anything approaching "lip-licking".
