i agree..bring on a farm in......however, this announcement clearly shows that hostility is there, and some grubby activity is being undertaken.
firstly...how convenient to find two directors laying around, simply dust them off and put them in a seat!!!...maybe they're qualified, but what do they know about the Judith project, compared to the existing board who have done all the hard yards....
secondly......is what happened even legal?? corporate governance etc is out of my league, but can you simply promote yourself, boot your adversary out and bring your mates in??

most folk who know me would know i stick to micro caps/shells that are out for a reboot, and, i also love a corporate situation, much like this.........
one bit of homework i rarely do when doing DD on shells etc, is research the history.......to me, thats all in the mirror, and rarely has relevance in determining the future of a reborn stock. However, as i'm stuck inside due to the rain, i thought i would run a quick Google search on 'ol mate Vaz..........oh, crikey, is this the guy you shareholders want to lead this company forward ??!!
Google quickly learns my search style/criteria, so, it quickly learns what is relevant to what i want......a search for Vaz simply maxxed out!!........i looked at a few pages, and gave up....i've seen enough

thats just an entree, i even saw mention of an old stock E Com Multi....something i played with back when the internet was still learning to walk
I'm rarely prone to activism as i usually see myself as nothing but a speck of grime on the big cogs, but after delving into the potential of this stock i am prone to back Carl in his effort to bring about a board that can drive this stock forward, and, the move by 'ol mate, Emperor Ming, is, well, quite disturbing...
