    Half market cap in cash, large short base and potential of buyback are the main reasons.

    Secondary:
    Poor production profile (hopefully) is behind for Mt Cattlin with upside for lithium pricing based on what I'm hearing from people a lot closer to it than me.


    Grade A management however let down by their appalling speed of execution.
