all depends if people think CNP is a viable business
If they don't think it has a viable business and are trading the stock then it will jump up and then get sold down.
If however people think there is some kind of business here then the fundies will get back into the stock and there will be steady climb up to a dollar and beyond
Incidently I'd say the company will return back to roots before scott took over
ie a more traditional REIT with low debt and less international exposure
When it was a traditional REIT it was trading at less than a buck but more than 80 cents
