if you look at the course fo trade, say on Comsec, for the past week or so someone/something has been buying larger lots 120,000 minimum but generally 150,000-200,000 shares in one hit. Today for example 200,000 shares bought at around 12.45pm.

this looks to me like instructions to a broker to accumulate a significant stake without moving the market too much.

On another note....Bede...Namibia, Guinea etc are all high risk greenfields projects. If you think this is where the chances are then it is just as well you have sold the stock already (re your post a few weeks back where you said you changed Toro for Wildhorse).

It always amuses me that people refer to Napperby as too low grade and then go buy a swag of u3o8 companies with projects in Namibia at 200ppm. Napperby is at least twice the grade and in a much easier jurisdiction for development. Sure it isnt the sexist girl at the dance but there is an opportunity to develop a small tight operation, perhaps a heap leach (like they used to do in Spain) it all depends on what terms TOE can extract from the likes of the Chinese to underpin the economics.

Ox/Zfx are not going to swallow this baby up, at least not yet as it is their stated uranium investment vehicle. Only when it is making signicant cash flow will they likely step in and by that stage shareholders will be very happy anyway. By the way, if TOE does get low on cash a rights issue will fix things pretty quickly as the Ox effectively underwrites nearly 50% of it. Not a bad position to be in with this sort of market.
