Ann: Clarification of Media Reports, page-9

Mr. Arnold, attorney for Lynas wrote in the above letter (first segment) "Clarification of Recent Media Reports" the following:

"These assessments are based on various assumptions and are not supported by confirmed cost estimates."

"Lynas is therefore not in a position to provide guidance on the potential costs associated with exporting WLP.These estimates appear to be based on a misquote of the views of an analyst."

This is amazing stuff from a $600,000 (salary) attorney making $1,000,000+ last year total remuneration. Basically what Mr. Arnold said was the media has it wrong, the costs are higher but Lynas is in no position to provide guidance about the potential costs..." What Mr. Arnold just said was the numbers the media used are wrong but Lynas management is clueless to tell you what the real costs should be! 

So Mr. Arnold, if you and Amanda can't give guidance, who should the people of Malaysia listen to? Who should the media seek out for information? Seems to me you just gave the opposition a gift that will keep on giving. "...Lynas is in no position to provide guidance (on the Water Leach Purification problem)...".  WOW!!!!!!
