Who are Draglet GmbH and where did they come from (other than Germany)?

They look like a much better outfit than "Noetic Synergy"

So it seems that Phua & co put BPG into a TH /suspension to save the SP from falling,  whilst working out what to do with this mess... basically SoatLabs are the crooks that hadn't delivered a thing.  And he (Phua) probably knew then that nothing was going to be delivered for the best part of the year.

SoarLabs were probably just working on their own exchange and,  perhaps,  had no intention of giving one to BPG?  Possibly because BPG screewed SoarLabs over with the BPPL contact??

What I don't understand is why IMO make up this story about Noetic Synergy, and not say Draglet (who look professional)?

...So who is/has done any work on an exchange?  Draglet or Noetic?  We're assuming someone has, but as @Jamesie05 points out, where's the proof?  It'll be interesting to find out who Vanessa and Captain on Telegram are employed by, but doubt they'd answer that!

What a mess.

BPG cop the fine, not Phua or the BoD... but what's bad for the company is bad for SH.  Not they it'll have much impact to the SP for the next 6 months IMO, or about that, (or if ever) when we start trading again IMO.

Let's see if we get any evidence on Tuesday 18th, but I haven't yet got my invite to the launch party.
