Lynas needs to investigate this path as status quo is ridiculous. AL needs to bypass all the hoo-ha and as you said, establishing a trading company for the sole purpose of fertilizer manufacturing in another country makes perfect sense.
I admire that Lynas had a crack to ensure Condisoil is approved by regulators in Malaysia (it still might be the case in future).
But its time to move on and be aggressive on a commercial front and commercialise what was always meant to be commercialised.
Time to move on...a company called Condisoil could eventually sell other products or be spun off or be bought out or whatever but enough sitting back and waiting - its time to act in a positive manner. AL is being too defensive - lets be smart and aggressive about this.
