Absolutely. I can't see anything in the ASX listing rules that either allows or disallows a "best guess estimate" to be announced as an NTA. However, I would have thought it would be common sense for any director of a publicly listed company to assume that the figure must be accurate and the expect that people will rely on the accuracy of this figure. These guys definitely like to play by their own rules.
