I just want to make sure that you and other shareholders understand that shareholders including OCJ are NOT being offered 7.5c/sh. FMS are offering to buy up to 10% shares ONLY. And the absolute maximum price will be 7.5c! But they can select a lesser price depending on the VWAP for some days prior. Given the market reaction to the announcement a small percentage of shareholders “may” be able to be bought out for a few cents! I encourage shareholders to reread the announcement carefully. Talk of 7.5c is highly misleading IMO! Sorry to tell you this.
