The value of the RE is somewhere between a negative figure and a significant large positive number. I am serious. And this is what the value of the option is about:
If it is a negative or 0, Wellington will not exercise the option, and OCV keep all the downside;
If it is a significant positive, Wellington will exercise the option and take away all the upside.
Rodney Aldler sold assets at inflated price to HIH to bring it down;
Now CS and Jenny Hutson take away all the upside from OCV.........
