zdee2, If anz had advanced notice that they would win the Panopus shares, then I think they would take their time selling their ady shares. The recent dumps looks more like a quick disposal job to me. This makes me more inclined to think they expect to loose the Panopus case or have already settled out of court and will return the remaining shares to Panopus.

This leaves ady clear of anymore anz selling and provides Phil with shares in his pocket (via Panopus) etc. So now they can get on with the task of securing the $500m anz-ady loan and leave opes behind them. Phil is a little more to them than just an opes client. They want to keep him as a customer.

I am of the belief opes is finally over and upside from here.
