No doubt that when it breaks, it will run. My personal feeling is that a few more months of balance sheet strengthening will be the catalyst for a topside break. Caveat is that an unexpected event like another pit wall failure may see the 10c theory come into play.
Drill results are all very well and good however, unless they show outstanding results each time, market will likely continue to shrug at them.
Mind you if the company's cash flow and balance sheet change from tenuous to healthy, even mediocre drill results could provide a bit of fuel for SP appreciation.
Just an annoying confluence of things holding back sentiment amoungst those who are risk adverse right now.
