The EXU Directors may be waiting for RMS to achieve that important 30% holding with ALK wishing to and able to pull out before the EGM?
The numbers are now well and truly in favour of RMS. Given that there will likely be a number of “no votes” for the ALK transaction, if RMS can hit a 30% + (potentially tomorrow) the ALK vote should be defeated.
