hi guys
well finally it come and it is good... IMO cnp is heading the right way and will get back to its feet again in no time ie 12-18mths with divi etc...
Swap, nice post, i agreed with you. The 30 May criteria is not a big deal IMHO. 1/3 of the facility is already organised and i know who funded that, and the 2/3 is well on the way and I can it will happen.
"consent process" and "legal form" are just'administrative process' as you mentioned, so I think they can be achieved.
30 Sep Criteria - Centro's progress in implementin it's strategic plan .
--> capital raising - would be last IMO as centro want to get itself into a stronger position ie higher sp.
--> CWAF - offers recieved and reviewed, revised strategy re. smaller portfolio and/or individually.
--> CAF - course of action in the next 30days so offer is on the table and considered.
--> Group level - Indicative proposal --> offers recieved for CNP as a whole IMO ie T/O, 90c as rumoured and rejected by CNP.
--> simple structure. we will hear more from this.
So once CNP has reduced debt and achieved those objectives, on 15 dec, we may get definite refinance and divi get re-instate ie 09/10 IMO, then we will see CNP back to its normal self, sp will be $3-5 IMO.
Centro2008.. stop ur bs with CWAF 40-50% under book value. Sell ur cnp if you not happy with it. full stop.
