    While your analysis and investing chops are fitter and leaner than mine own, I have to disagree on the rights issue. No ones got any cash. The mkt would see it as a last ditch by management because they cant get an institution interested. Questions would be raised about finance.

    This is the best option imo, but yes sucks we have to raise while the price is so low.
