Most of you anti-FAS people are oblivious to two simple facts and realities:

1. FAS is the largest and controlling shareholder of GWR and is going to remain even if the bid is unsuccessful;

2. FAS is actually getting some very good drilling results at its gold prospects.

Forget about FAS not being a viable business based on their own operations. Therefore, forget about FAS being starved of cash or being forced to sell the GWR shares. I think we will see some truly valuable tenements exchanged for GWR's cash and shares which will in turn become FAS's cash and shares.
