We are not weak anymore and P&G is starting to realise that. New management is tough now in negotating.
I particularly like this:-
"It is anticipated that this innovation will initially serve P&G’s SK-II skincare business."
IMHO this means it's not exclusive to P&G.
This means:-
"If you screw with us again, we are taking our business to your competitors. Savvy?"
