Just a quick Question to The Group of SH.
How many votes would it take to pass this OPTION proposal if it were put to the Shareholders?

Because if it is just a majority vote to pass it ie >50%.
This move may show that the board and friends have greater than 50% of the votes !!
If you combine King, Adams, Scott, friends and even a mysterious holder...because over 100,000,000 shares got dumped well there would be no need for a meeting and they can do it anyway.
What sort of proportion do they need to get it passed??

It could be they are working together and I am not worried because the financiers/margin loan holders would have to OK it, surely.

HOW MANY votes would this take?
