always interesting to see a 1 million bid

I have to wonder when I see such a large bid placed so early on the trading day.

1. Is it a fake bid that will be removed before open?
2. Is it a fake bid to raise the bid price so that a holder can offload his shares at a higher price?
3. Maybe someone genuinely wants 1 million shares. If so, this would seem like a rather crass way of going about it. Given that it will encourage others to jump in above what is a relativley illiquid stock. I know if I wanted a million shares, I'd be buying them 100,000 at a time over a period of days....
