I personally don't understand why Travelan isn't a much, much, much bigger deal and bigger seller.  This is the only drug, OTC or prescription, known to be extraordinarily effective at preventing Shigellla and ETEC if you take a simple oral tablet before starting your day in a place like Thailand, India, Brazil, Egypt, Vietnam, etc.  Travelan IMO should be a massive, massive worldwide seller at it's current $20-$30 pricetag per box. I think if more people understood what it does, sales would be absolutely off the charts.
