Can we make a new rally high and could it be important?

Today is 1884 cal days from the 2003 low.

Also 3X1884 cal days from Nov 1992 major bear low and the end of the 5
year bear correction from 1987.

Also 4X1884 days from the Sep '87 top.

And 5X1884 +16 days from 1982 major bear low. Yeh this way was a little
longer.

I note that weekly slow stoch will hit 80 next week even if the market
is flat. That is the norm for a bear market rally, so getting
interesting here.
