    This is a wake up call for a dreamer.


    Your conjecture does NOT make sense that China's NDRC approval depends on the extension of Mbalam convention.


    If China's NDRC has not approved the WAPRC's application for outbound investment, what is the point for ANS/WAPRC to meet Cameroon Government to discuss about the extension of Mbalam convention.


    If you are in the Cameroon Government side, what would be your assessment on investors who are still not able to obtain China's NDRC approval. What does this signal to you?
