The 20 by 20 is not enough!
And still only a third as good as say 200,000 of high grade at Cosmos, because the margins (on in ground value) are only half as good, and due to time discount. Besides they have still to find 2/3 of the 400 kt, hence the NEED for an ultra sized body.
